Originally from Armenia, Arpine Garibyan immigrated to the United States in 2019 after building many years of professional experience in translation and document services.
In 2019, she was recognized by the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora Journal with the “Best Business-Lady” award for achievements in the field of translation.
Since 2021, Arpine has served as a California Notary Public. Her professional background also includes an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, loan signing, document assistance, certified translation, and licensed Life and Accident & Health Insurance services.
Today, she brings that broad professional experience together through Garibyan Mobile Notary and Live Scan LLC, with a focus on careful, dependable, and personal service.
