LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of notarygaribyan.com and your interactions with Garibyan Mobile Notary and Live Scan LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using this website or submitting an inquiry or appointment request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Website Purpose
This website provides information about professional services offered by Garibyan Mobile Notary and Live Scan LLC and allows visitors to contact us, request information, and submit appointment requests.
Information on this website is provided for general informational and service-request purposes.
Nothing on this website creates an attorney-client relationship or constitutes legal advice.
2. Appointment Requests
Submitting a request through the website does not create or guarantee a confirmed appointment.
An appointment is confirmed only after we review the request and confirm applicable details, which may include:
- Service availability
- Date and time
- Service location
- Travel requirements
- Documents or service requirements
- Applicable pricing
- Any other information necessary to provide the requested service
You should not rely on an appointment request as confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
3. Service Availability
Services are provided subject to availability and applicable professional, regulatory, geographic, and operational requirements.
We may be unable to accept a request if:
- The requested time is unavailable
- The service location cannot reasonably be accommodated
- Required documents or information are not available
- Providing the requested service would violate applicable law or professional requirements
- The requested service falls outside the services we provide
Submission of a request does not obligate us to accept or perform the requested service.
4. Pricing
Pricing may vary depending on the type of service, location, travel requirements, number of documents, number of signers, processing requirements, or other relevant factors.
Where a specific price is published on the website, that price applies only to the service described and remains subject to any clearly disclosed additional fees or conditions.
For services without published fixed pricing, a quote may be provided after reviewing the details of the request.
Any applicable pricing should be confirmed before the service is performed.
5. Travel and Mobile Service
Mobile service availability depends on location, schedule, service requirements, and travel considerations.
Travel or mobile service fees may apply.
Where the website states that a mobile travel fee starts at a particular amount, the final applicable travel fee may vary depending on the location and circumstances of the appointment.
6. Notary Services
California Notaries Public perform notarial acts authorized by California law.
A notary cannot provide legal advice, determine the legal effect of a document, or choose a notarial act for a client.
The signer or another authorized party must determine the appropriate notarial act when required.
Notarization does not establish that the contents of a document are true, lawful, valid, or enforceable.
7. Identification and Signer Requirements
Notarial services may require acceptable identification and compliance with applicable California notary requirements.
The signer is responsible for having the required documents and identification available at the appointment.
If legal or statutory requirements for a notarial act cannot be satisfied, the notarization may not be completed.
8. Loan Signing Services
Loan Signing Agent services are administrative signing services relating to loan and real estate document packages.
We do not provide legal, tax, lending, title, or financial advice regarding the transaction.
Questions regarding loan terms, interest rates, closing figures, legal rights, or transaction terms should be directed to the appropriate lender, escrow officer, title representative, attorney, or other authorized professional.
9. Live Scan Fingerprinting
Live Scan services are subject to applicable California requirements and service availability.
Applicants are generally responsible for providing the appropriate Request for Live Scan Service form supplied by the requesting agency, employer, licensing authority, or other authorized organization.
Government, agency, or processing fees may apply in addition to any rolling or mobile service fee.
The requesting or processing agency, not Garibyan Mobile Notary and Live Scan LLC, determines the outcome, processing time, and use of fingerprint-based background information.
10. Apostille Assistance
Apostille assistance is provided as a document-processing and coordination service.
An apostille generally authenticates the signature and authority of a public official or notary for international document use.
An apostille does not certify the truth, accuracy, legality, or substance of the underlying document.
Eligibility for apostille processing depends on the document, issuing authority, destination country, and applicable government requirements.
Processing time estimates are not guarantees.
11. Certified Translation
Translation services are prepared based on the source material provided by the client.
References to USCIS-accepted or USCIS-compliant translation practices describe the format and certification approach intended to satisfy applicable translation requirements.
They do not guarantee acceptance, approval, or a particular outcome by USCIS, a court, government agency, educational institution, or other receiving organization.
Final acceptance is determined by the receiving organization.
12. Document and Form Assistance
Document and form assistance is administrative and clerical in nature and is based on information provided by the client.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
We do not:
- Determine legal rights or remedies
- Select legal strategies for clients
- Tell clients which legal or immigration benefit they should pursue
- Select legal forms where doing so would constitute legal advice
- Provide legal interpretations
- Represent clients as attorneys
Services will only be provided within the scope permitted by applicable law.
13. Immigration-Related Matters
We are not attorneys and do not provide immigration legal advice.
We do not determine which immigration benefit or strategy a person should pursue, advise how immigration questions should be answered, or provide legal representation before immigration authorities.
Any immigration-related administrative assistance will only be offered if and to the extent permitted by applicable California and federal law.
Clients needing immigration legal advice should consult a licensed attorney or properly authorized representative.
14. Insurance Services
Insurance-related services are provided by a licensed insurance professional within the scope of applicable licensing authority.
Insurance products, availability, eligibility, premiums, benefits, terms, limitations, and exclusions depend on the applicable insurer and policy.
Website content describing insurance or financial concepts is general information and does not constitute a guarantee of:
- Coverage
- Eligibility
- Investment performance
- Future returns
- Tax treatment
- Financial results
Specific recommendations, where appropriate, depend on the client’s individual circumstances and applicable regulatory requirements.
15. No Guarantee of Government or Third-Party Outcomes
We do not control decisions made by government agencies, courts, USCIS, the California Secretary of State, insurance carriers, employers, licensing agencies, financial institutions, or other third parties.
Use of our services does not guarantee:
- Government approval
- Immigration approval
- Acceptance of a document
- Background-check results
- Apostille eligibility
- Translation acceptance
- Insurance approval
- Loan approval
- Any particular legal, financial, or administrative outcome
16. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
We may rely on information supplied by the client, requesting agency, lender, title company, escrow company, government agency, or other authorized party.
The client is responsible for reviewing documents and information for accuracy before signing, submission, or use.
17. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy will be disclosed before or at the time an appointment is confirmed.
Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are not subject to a cancellation or no-show fee.
Any policy applicable to cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be disclosed before it is enforced.
18. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.
However, laws, government requirements, agency procedures, fees, processing times, insurance products, and professional requirements may change.
We may update website content without prior notice.
When there is a conflict between general website information and a current law, regulation, government requirement, agency instruction, insurer requirement, or official document, the applicable current requirement controls.
19. Third-Party Links
